Standard doorstep delivery is available across the UK. Every bed is carefully handcrafted and delivered securely to your home.

Returns & Damage Policy

100-Day Warranty: Once delivery is accepted, your bed is covered by a 100-day warranty for structural damage.
Delivery Changes: Please notify us at least 24 hours before delivery if you need to change your delivery date. Late changes may incur a delivery charge.
Changes After Delivery: Fabric, colour or other changes may be possible after delivery, subject to additional costs for materials and delivery.
Missed Delivery: If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available, a redelivery charge will apply. If you cancel after an attempted delivery, the delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.
14-Day Returns: Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days, provided the bed is unused and fully packed. Delivery/collection charges will apply.
Packaging Damage: Please check the packaging and inspect your bed upon delivery. If the packaging is damaged, report it before accepting the delivery. We cannot be responsible for fabric or cosmetic damage if damaged packaging is accepted without inspection.

The 100-day warranty covers manufacturing and structural defects that occur under normal use. This includes issues such as:

Manufacturing defects in the bed base or frame
Loose or faulty fittings caused by a manufacturing issue

Can I pay monthly in instalments?

Yes. With Klarna, you can choose to pay for your order in instalments, subject to Klarna’s eligibility and approval.

Colour shown on our website may differ slightly from the actual product. Small variations of up to 5% can occur between fabric batches due to the natural differences in the manufacturing and dyeing process.
