Refund policy

Returns Policy

At Bed Burst, every bed is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Please read the following policy regarding damaged or faulty items.

Returns, Damage & Delivery Policy

1. Damage on Delivery

Please inspect the packaging and your bed at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging, report it to the delivery team immediately or refuse the delivery.

If you accept the delivery despite visible packaging damage without reporting it, BedBurst will not be responsible for any related fabric or cosmetic damage.

2. 30-Day Structural Warranty

After accepting delivery, your bed is covered for 30 days against structural damage or defects. Please contact us within this period with photos or videos of the issue so we can assess and resolve it.

3. 14-Day Change-of-Mind Return

You can request to return your bed within 14 days of delivery if you simply change your mind. The bed must be fully packed, unused, and in resalable condition.

The customer will be responsible for the applicable return/collection delivery charges.

4. Changes After Delivery

If you wish to change the fabric, colour, or other bed options after delivery, we may be able to arrange this depending on availability. Any additional material, labour, and delivery costs will be charged to the customer.

5. Changing Your Delivery Date

If you need to change your delivery date, please notify BedBurst at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a delivery charge.

6. Failed Delivery

If you are unavailable to receive your order or delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances on the customer's side, a redelivery charge may apply.

If you cancel your order after a delivery attempt has been made, the applicable delivery costs may be deducted from your refund.

Important

All claims are subject to assessment by BedBurst and applicable consumer rights. Please keep your order details and provide clear photos or videos when reporting any issue.
